How to change image background on Canva when you are on a free plan|| How to set image background on Canva

Without Canva Pro one of the things you can’t do is to change your design’s background. In this article I will guide you to change your background with ease when you are using free plan. 

First of all, head over to Google to download the background you want to use, after downloading make sure to save it. 

After saving head back to Canva and choose a blank workspace. Now follow the steps below.

Now find uploads on the left panel.

Click on uploads

Left click and hold to drag image to the top edge of the blank workspace

Alternatively you can drag the image to any part of the blank workspace and right click, scroll down and you will see set image as background.
